signature in outlook 2003

I only use my signatures occasionaly in outlook 2003, word editor. I can't
find a quick way to insert my signature those times that I do wish to add it.

Outlook 2003 with Word as the email editor doesn't allow you to insert a
signature. It does allow you to toggle between signatures though, so if you
set an empty signature as the default you can use this toggle option.
Another way to go is to use AutoText.
