Signature in HTML format ??

CJ

Hi,
I have a user that when he replies back to certain
people, his emails are in rich text format and other
times they're in html format. When it's in the rich text
format it creates double lines in his signature. I
checked/unchecked just about every setting i found. How
can i keep all of his replies in the html format?

Thanks for your help.

You can't. Outlook replies in the same format as the original message. Note
that it's not considered "nice" to change the message format when replying
unless you have good technical reasons for it (like when you only support
Plain Text).

When you say original message, are you saying the way he
initially sent an email out or the way the sender sent it
to him.

I ask because one of the users he's having problems with,
when they send me an email and i reply to them it stays
in the html format, but not for him.

Thanks for your prompt response.

The latter. If you receive an HTML message, the reply will be in HTML. If
you receive a Rich Text message, the reply will be in Rich Text.
