Signature/graphic. Can image be lock to prevent copying?

When creating professional e-mail msgs. using letterhead/logo/signature. Can
the inserted graphics be locked to prevent the recipient from downloading the
gif/jpg?
 
When the recipient has received your message with graphics, s/he already
has all contents "downloaded". You have no way of controlling what s/he
does with it once it is on the recipient's computer. Don't forget that
people are using many different email clients, not only Outlook.

No. One of the reasons fancy-schamcy formatting is not only a waste of
time, but adds nothing to the message content.
