Signature format on e-mail is different than signature format crea

I created a signature format that changes whenever I open up a new message to
send an e-mail. Both the font and the font characteristics (bold, italic,
etc.) change. If I have a font characteristic that is bold on the signature
set-up, it shows up on the e-mail without the bold characteristic and vice
versa. Also, if I use a Times New Roman font in setting up the signature, it
shows up Arial on the e-mail. Has anyone else had the same issue?

It sounds like a problem with HTML tags.

I would recommend starting over again. Delete the signatures and create them
again to see if that helps.

Your signatures are stored in the folder.
