I am using a 3rd Party Contact Management Software program and when I try to
send an email through the program it does not automatically attach the
signature to the email. Does anyone know how to change this setting. I have
clicked on New Email and Reply/Forward but I do not know what else to do.

You can't change this. It's a side-effect of how the calling program
generates the message.
