3rd Party Software and Signatures

I have a 3rd party software that accesses Outlook to send and automatic
email. I created a Signature for the email to be sent with. If I send
the email manually it will attach the signature. If I send the email
using the 3rd party software it will not attach the Signature. Is
there a fix?
