Hmm... try this to delete her and re-create a new user.
Before removing her, save her files:
Is her name (or user name) listed as a folder under "C:\Documents and
Settings" ?
If so, move any files she wants to keep out of there, including address book
files for outlook, or anything... ANY part of anything from her log on she
wants to keep, get out of there and put it in a different folder, such as
C:\SistersFiles.
Then, delete her folder inside the Documents and Settings folder.
Next, go to Start > Run, and type "control userpasswords2" without quotes.
In the User Accounts dialog that appears, find her user name, select it, and
click Remove. Then click OK, go back to the normal Users control panel, and
create a new user.
