shutting down errors

everytime one of our users shuts down they get the
following error (this is from the application log):

windows cannot unload your registry file. If you have a
roaming profile your settings are not replicated. contact
your adminsitrator.

Detail - Access is denied , build number 2195

I have the same error but the users error comes up with a
box that needs clicking before it shuts down is there a
way of making this box not come up because like i say i
get the same error but i dont have to click the box
