Shutdown

I can be on the computer for 1hr, and it just Shuts down
and restarts...I have just right clicked desktop for the
sreensaver, changed the minutes, and it has done it
again...doing it on a rgular basis now !!! any thoughts

Power supply too weak or on its way out? Cooling problems?
