Different shutdown screen after Reinstall

I had to reinstall Windows XP on my new computer. Before I reinstalled,
when I shut down I got the standard shutdown box with the choices of log off
shut down or restart. Since I reinstalled XP, now when I click shut down
from the start menu, I get something called a Windows security window with
different tabs for lock computer, change user, log off, task manager and
shutdown. Does anyone know how to get the old box back with just the
shutdown options on it?
