Problem with LogOut/Shutdown screen after reinstall

I had to reinstall Windows XP. Before when I clicked shutdown, I got a
shutdown screen with three icons. Now I'm getting a dialog box with tabs
whch has the task manager, and some other stuff on it which I don't want.
Does anyone know how to get back the previous shutdown screen?

1/ Open "User Accounts" in Control Panel.
2. Click "Change the way users log on or off".
3. Select the "Use the Welcome screen" check box.

Thanks Carey, that did the trick. I couldn't find this information
anywhere pertaining to logout.
