Shutdown

Hi I think ive read something about this a while ago but can't find it now
when I need it. Just installed a copy of CP onto a machine and when I
shutdown the machine hangs at the message windows is shutting down. Any
help, I think it could be something to do with the Cirrus logic graphics
card its got, but I may be wrong.
