Shutdown Problem

I just installed XP Pro on a new computer and installed
all the updates but the computer is getting hung on
Windows Is Shutting Down. It has the Intel 865GBF
Motherboard with a 2.6MHZ processors and 1 stick og 512
MB Ram. Ive looked into all the other solutions posted on
here but none really seem to be the same as this one..
