Shutdown is slow with two Errors

When I shut down windows I get two error messages: cannot run TASSXML2.exe
and ATRXSDRU.exe. After clicking ok for both of these numerous times it will
shut down but it takes 5- 10 minutes to do so. I have anti virus and
anti-spyware installed. Please Help

Are you updating your anti-virus and anti-spyware programmes daily manually
or automatically? What programmes are you using? Have you run full scans
with each in Safe Mode?

Is the Windows XP SP2 update installed and are all Critical Updates since?

Look in the Application and Systems logs for Event Viewer for persistence
Warning and Error Reports and post copies here.

You can access Event Viewer by selecting Start, Administrative Tools, Event
Viewer.

A tip for posting copies of Error Reports! Run Event Viewer and double click
on the error you want to copy. In the window, which appears is a button
resembling two pages. Double click the button and close Event Viewer. Now
start your message (email) and do a paste into the body of the message. This
will paste the info from the Event Viewer Error Report complete with links
into the message. Make sure this is the first paste after exiting from Event
Viewer.

Here are the copies of the event manager. There is about ten copies of each
of these at the times I try to shut down. I have Norton Anti-Virus and
Microsoft, Spybot, and Lavasoft Anti-Spyware. I update them automatically.
