I will make sure this machine is Virus free and Malware free by scanning, it
seems fishy to me this process name.
So scan your computer with whatever software you have in both safe Mode and
Normal Mode and also try another vendor to get a clear cut opinion on how
clean your machine.

Hmm, that's a new one, I think. It appears to be a virus or trojan or some
form of malware. This is all I was able to find on it:

Not very helpful, but it does indicate it's not needed by the system.

You can try and reload the software or maybe edit the registry to speed up tasks ending.
