SHUTDOWN ARRRRRRRRGH!

Can anyone please tell me why everytime I log on to the
internet one of two this happens:- 1, I get an error
saying that because of generic host for win32, the
computer has to shut down and restart and I have option
to report fault. OR I get a warning telling me to save
all my work because after 1 minute, the computer is
shutting down. Apparently, according to the message, it
is carried out by nt authority/server!?!

Someone help, Im getting hump!!!!
