shut it down wind XP

when I shut down or restart win XP the program ask me for
terminated every program running at that time and never
is allow tu shut down.
How can I fix this isued or how can I put every thing in
my Pc like it come from the factory.

You should exit all running applications before shutting down the computer.

I know that I don'd mean apliction I mean every thing
including what ever is running in the back.
 
to resolve this issue
click on start--run--type their regedi
Look for HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Control Panel\Desktop you will find an entry WaitToKillAppTimeout just lower down the value of this entry
