Shut down

When I shut down Windows XP an end program window comes on that says PTAWIA.
Does anyone know what this means?
 
Hi Grizzly,

That seems to be related to Kodak Easyshare software. If you have that
software installed, stop it from loading at startup and see if that solves
the problem at shutdown.
