Shut down problem

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but here goes.....I
recently reformatted my computer and now my computer won't shut down
automatically...I get "It is now safe to turn your computer off" and I have
to use the power button. It never done this before the reformat... Can
anyone help me out with this one?

Win XP Home Sp2
 
Problem solved! I needed to update a couple drivers....Roxio E Z cd creator
and my logitech mouse. Thanks!
