Shut Down HDD

Greetings, Is there a way to shut down 2 of my 4 HDD's, 15 min after
system boot? Two of the drives are used for backup only and do not need
to run all day.

Start button, Control Panel, Performance and Maintenance, Power Options,
Power Scheme tab. Looks like its a spindown timer for all HDD's. Try, it
though as it might spindown the disks that aren't being accessed.
