When I shut down my computer I get falshed a blue screen
that says physical memory dump and then automatically

I have seen issues with stops on shutdown caused by removing a program that
does not remove all of the components from the registry and the system. In
other cases it is caused when the OS is attempting to write information
back to the registry. The question is: Does chkdsk run on the restart?
If chkdsk does not run on the restart, the OS was shutdown gracefully and
you should not experience a file system problem because of this.
If chkdsk does run on the restart, the problem needs to be resolved.
Also, does it make a difference if the system shutting down all the way or
if it is only a re-start when this happens. If it is happening on a
re-start, it could be hardware that is not re-setting the power state
correctly.
