shred or empty all Blocked Senders in blocked senders list

how can one shred all Blocked Senders in blocked senders list? My blocked
senders list has way too many addresses. recently i have been recing junk
mail fomr addresses listed in my blocked senders list. if i shred those
addresses will that eliminate repeat mails from blocked senders?

I'm not sure but in English my impression is that you want to remove the
addresses that are in your junk mail filtering.

Open Outlook
Click Actions
Click Junk Mail
Click the Blocked Senders tab
Tick the top one
Press Shift key on your keyboard
Press the page down or the arrow down button
Highlight what you want to remove
Click remove
Click OK when they're gone

If this isn't what you wanted to accomplish then you might want to try one
of the groups for Outlook in your native language but hopefully that's what
you wanted.
