shows 2 unread messages but i can't see them

My folder shows (2) and it's bold, which means I have 2 unread messages.
Well, when I look in my inbox I don't see any unread messages. I've done auto
preview per our IT guy's suggestion. I've done advanced find per forum
suggestion and still no luck.

Any other options?
 
Have you tried restarting Outlook? You could select all in your Inbox and
then click Edit>Mark all as read.
