Any idea about the SHOW THE DESKTOP button which appears
in QUICK LAUNCH TOOLBAR near the START button, what is
it's TARGET (mentioned in the properties)

Manual Edit:

Copy and paste the five lines below into Notepad.

[Shell]
Command=2
IconFile=explorer.exe,3
[Taskbar]
Command=ToggleDesktop

Then save it as Show Desktop.scf and drag it to your quick launch bar.

Automated Edit:

Restore/Add Show Desktop to Quick Launch (Line 61)
