show task bar whilst online?

how can i show the task bar along the bottom of the page
whilst i am visiting a web page?
 
right click on the task bar and select properties, make
sure you uncheck "auto hide task bar" try that.

Check keep the taskbar on top also. Or in IE press F11, this displays full
screen. Press F11 again to toggle the other way.
