Show on Desktop Registry Key

I'm trying to find the registry key so I can force Windows XP Pro to always
show the My Computer and My Documents folders on the desktop.

The computers are part of a domain, and it seems that the 'show on desktop'
setting is profile specific, but I want it set the same for everyone.

Does anyone know what the registry key is, and what the value is that can be
toggled to force the icons to show on the desktop for all users?

Thanks,
Mike
