Show Full Programs Menu

Hi,

I wish to click on start -> all programs -> and see all
of the programs I have installed on my computers appear.

Is there anyway in the world to do this? Your help is
much appreciated.

Right click the Start Button, select Properties, Customize and uncheck Use Personalized Menus
