Show Desktop

JAX

I have lost functionality of the "Show Desktop" icon on the taskbar. After
deleting the icon, I used Kelly's script to restore "Show Desktop" to the QL
bar. (Thank you Kelly) Even after that, when I click the icon, I get the
message, "There was a problem sending the command to the program". All other
icons work as they should.

Any suggestions as to how to fix this will be appreciated.

TIA, JAX

Hi Ramesh,

Yes, I have used ZA for years with no problem. Is there something new that
might effect Desktop?

Bingo!!

I disabled ZA and Show Desktop worked. I opened ZA and couldn't find
anything that looked like it might effect Desktop. Do you, or anyone else,
know of a fix for it?

Yes. Allow unblock Windows Explorer access. If the problem persist, uninstall and reinstall ZA.

I mean, allow Windows Explorer to access the internet. Also, what version of ZA you have?

I took it you meant that and allowed access, and all is well. I have version
4.5.583.000. As far as I know, it is the latest version, updated a week or
so ago.
