Show battery at all times?

Hello,

I would like my battery indicator on my laptop to always be there. I
believe it was that way when I got the system but I reformatted it and lost
that setting. It only shows now when the AC is unplugged.

1. Goto Start - Control or Start - Settings - Control
2. Open Power Options
3. Here find the settings like "Always show icon on the taskbar"

Thanks - that is what it is set for now but for some reason only shows when
the system is not plugged in to an outlet.
