Should I return my memory?

I have Corsair 2GB( 1GBx1GB) CM2X1024-6400C4 , PC2-6400 (400 MHz) .

I recently bought INTEGRAL 2 GB,PC2-5300 (333 MHz), and I was wodering if I should return it and buy a Corsair Memory DDR2 2GB XMS2-6400 CL5, 800 MHz ( PC2-6400 )

Is there any point? Should I just stick with INTEGRAL?
