Shortcuts

I installed "Window Washer" which deleted my shortcuts on my screen. Since
then, when on a screen I want to save, I try to create a shortcut as usual
but when I right-click I'm not always given the option "Create Shortcut" but
sometimes it comes up with "Copy Shortcut". I don't think the shortcut
exists already. What's going on and how can I create a shortcut on any
page?

Use restore. It will restore the registry entry that's now missing.
