Do you know how to create a shortcut to a templates email? I find the main
route quite long...Tools/Forms/ChooseAForm etc...?!? I would preferrably like
a templates folder on my shortcuts list. Is this possible?

I am using Microsoft 2003 (SP2).

Thanks!!

What type of templates? .oft files that are just copies of simple messages? .oft files that contain complex forms with custom fields?

They are just simple text email templates. No forms or custom fields.

Thanks!!

In that case, you can simply display the Shortcuts pane and the drag the ..oft files to it.

Thanks for your message. Just to clarify, as it doesn't seem to work for me.
I am doing the following:

Opening tools/forms/choose a form/standard templates in "look in" box

I then try to drag the template email I created previously to the shortcuts
menu bar but you cannot drag it anywhere.

Is this the correct procedure to create a shortcut?

Many thanks!!

I was suggesting that that you drag .oft files from Windows Explorer to your Shortcuts navigation pane. I don't know what you mean by "the shortcuts menu bar."
