add specific template to toolbar or similar place (Outlook 2003)

Rick

I have an email template for press releases that I use often. Is there a way
I can add a button or shortcut on the toolbar or somewhere so I don't have to
use tool, choose forms, etc.?
Thanks

you can either hyperlink it to a toolbar or drag and drop it into a folder
in your mailbox. I made a folder called Templates to store mine in.

Thanks!
Does this link the existing template, or do I use the email link at the
bottom to create a new one:?

At step 4, link to the template. Outlook 2007 security will pop up an
open/save dialog - its still easier than going through tools, forms. This
is one reason why I use a folder in Outlook to store them.

also - if it’s a simple template you can make shortcuts on the quick launch
toolbar - this won't work for forms with custom properties though.
