Shortcut for a Template of a Form

Hi,

I have an email template which is located in User Templates in File System
(UTiFS). Each time I need this template (which is quite often) I have to
navigate to Tools-Forms-Choose Forms etc etc...

Is it possible to to have a link(?) to this form somewhere in the toolbar?
Ideally I'd like a 'one click' button and the message appears. I have the
"Choose Form" button in the toolbar but I still have to navigate to the UTiFS
and double click the required form.

I'm using Outlook 2003

I managed to copy a shortcut of the file and placed it in the Quick Launch
toolbar. Now everytime I need this template I just one-click and wuhay!
