Add Format Painter button to Outlook 2003 toolbar

I use the Format Painter button all the time in Word and Excel, but would
like to have it available on my Outlook 2003 toolbar.

I don't see the option when I try to customize my Outlook toolbar. However,
Microsoft Online help says Outlook 2003 has that option. How is it done?

You need to use Word as your editor - open a new mail message and right
click on the toolbar area and choose customize. format painter is under the
Format category - find it and drag to a toolbar.
