Shortcut properties question

I have several permanently pinned shortcuts on the left side of my start menu
as is shown in the screenshot. What i want to know is why is the Mozilla
property dialog different from the rest as shown by the Winamp property
dialog. In fact the Winamp property dialog doesn't have a shortcut tab. How
come? Isn't it a shortcut? Image at this

This is normal. You've actually Pinned the Winamp executable to the Start menu, and in the other case, you've actually Pinned the *shortcut* to Mozilla executable.
