XP Start Menu?

I use Windows XP SP2 with the modernXP start menu(not classic) and in the
left-hand pane I have several permanent shortcuts to programs pinned there.
One of them is Mozilla and I would like to modify a value. In order to do so
I right-click the shortcut click properties and click the SHORTCUT tab, but
it isn't there . Where is the shortcut tab.?What I want to do is get rid of
the Splashscreen and to do so you need to append the shortcut target
with......-nosplash..... I have done this successfully to Mozilla shortcuts
but that is before I moved its location to the start panel yesterday
In fact none of the shortcuts on the left pane show a shortcut tab when
properties are selected. Are they shortcuts? Thanks in advance

Open Mozilla folder, and create a shortcut to mozilla.exe with the required
command-line parameters. Right-click the shortcut, and then choose "Pin to
Start menu". You may then delete the old item from the Start menu Pinned
list.

Thanks Ramesh. In fact that is exactly what I did but I didn't use the Pin
to start menu option I just dragged and dropped when I did it the 1st time.
It now is working correctly.
