Can't add keyboard shortcut to start menu program

Hi all,

I've got Winamp installed (runs fine), but when I try to add a keyboard
shortcut value via start menu->Winamp->properties, I get an access denied
error.

I did run the Winamp install program "as administrator" (it wouldn't
complete otherwise) so I'm thinking maybe I need to create the shortcut "as
administrator", but I don't see any option to open the properties value for
the Winamp entry in the start menu "as administrator". My account is an
administrator account.

Any Ideas?

Change the permissions on the start menu folder to allow yourself or all
users "write" permissions.
