Shortcut problem

I set up passwords in Wordpad and made a shortcut.

My shortcut suddenly encountered a problem: Get message saying "The
drive or network connection that the shortcut 'Shortcut to
Passwords.Ink' refers to is unavailable. Make sure that the disk is
properly inserted or and network resource is available, and then try
again.' There is no disk or network involved. All shortcuts are on
the same drive.

I get the same message when trying to use my shortcut to eCleaner, and
Dot Color. Other shortcuts work fine.

Please tell me how to retrieve my passwords and the two programs.

Answered my own question. Looked at Properties and found these had been
moved to another drive.
