Shortcut keys

In the past I assigned a command line to CTL+ALT+L and I
can't figure out how to reassign the key sequence to
another use. If the sequence pointed to a shortcut icon,
I could right-click on the icon and goto properties to
edit but there is no icon.

I tried to reassign the key sequence to a new shortcut
icon but when I press the keys to assign them, the command
runs instead - no dialog such as "already assigned, OK to
reasign?".
 
have you gone to Start, Programs, Accessories, R-click Comand Prompt,
Properties and then change Shortcut Key to <none>
