shortcut <ICON>

I dont know if any one answerd me or not.sorry this is
all new to me. my question is. I purchased a larger e-
mail service from runbox. my msn only gives us 10mbs, I
need to know how i can put an shortcut ,ICON. on my
desktop. can any one help? thank you
 
Right click the desktoip, choose: new, shortcut. Point it to whatever you
want the shortcut to open.
