Shopping Cart Help Needed

I have a need to set up a shopping cart, but not have the order "processed".
In other words, I want the contents of the shopping cart to be emailed to
me. I will contact the customer and give them the correct price. No prices
are to be listed on the web site, only quantities. I think I could do this
with forms, but I have about 12 pages and someone could order something from
each of the twelve pages. I also need the ability to display to the
customer the contents of their shopping cart, before they send the form to
me.

Any help or suggestions where to look for information to accomplish this?
