Shopping cart in Frontpage

Does anyone know of a free shopping cart like Emartcart or
Paypal shopping cart where you can add in extra shipping
options? Emartcart offer up to three options but I need
more options. And how does a shopping cart handle it when
a buyer isn't sure what the shipping price will be until
they contact the seller?

Hope someone can help me here as I'm trying to think of the
best method.

I have a client that has a field on the checkout form for the customer to indicated if they want to
be notified of the shipping cost before the order is processed, if so then he send them the total
cost and then waits for a response from the customer.

I don't know of any free carts that would meet your needs.

I hear CandyPress is pretty good, although I've not used it yet.
