Before Anyone buys This Computer System From SHOPNBC, Let the Buyers
beware of The following items that They do Not tell you.

1. Windows OS Is Not included meaning you do not get a CD With
the Operating system on it to reload if something goes wrong.

2. The Motherboard has onboard Video graphics meaning its
inferior and shares memory with the system memory. (not good for
gaming)

Before Anyone buys This Computer System From SHOPNBC, Let the Buyers
beware of The following items that They do Not tell you.

How about the Following Much More Important Item That They Do Not Tell You.

They want $2799 for for a machine from a vendor that nobody has ever heard
of. For 300 bucks less you can get a Sager 4780 with the same specs and
Office instead of Works. Or for the same price you can get a Sager 9860
with Geforce 6800, and otherwise the same specs.
1. Windows OS Is Not included meaning you do not get a CD With
the Operating system on it to reload if something goes wrong.

Does it have a little Microsoft hologram sticker on the back? If so then
the Windows OS _is_ included. IBM does the same thing with the lightweight
Thinkpad models that come with no CD drive, as do many other companies.
You should be able to plug that number into an OEM XP CD and have it
install.

If it booted XP and didn't ask for activation when you got it and it doesn't
have such a sticker, call Microsoft and let them know--they'll have that
outfit shut down in short order.

If you're just complaining that there's no recovery CD provided, that's a
legitimate gripe about a _lot_ of laptop vendors.
2. The Motherboard has onboard Video graphics meaning its
inferior and shares memory with the system memory. (not good for
gaming)

Is this the system at
<http://www.shopnbc.com/product/?familyid=V27187&storeid=1&track=-20101>?
If so, it says "Radeon Mobility 9600" video. That is not "onboard Video
graphics meaning it's inferior and shares memory with the system memory".
If your machine does not have a Radeon Mobility 9600 in it then the vendor
is committing false advertising and possibly fraud by claiming that they
do--in that case you should discuss this matter with your credit card
company and also lodge a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.

Send it back and get a Sager 4780 if you need that specific feature set, or
if you want a more radical game machine look into a Sager 9860.
