Windows XP Shockwave Player Help

Hi All,
I tries installing Shockwave Player today from Macromedia. It said it successfully installed. I went into Mozilla Firefox to play an online game and it worked. I tried the same game in internet explorer and nothing happend. All it did was display a cross - the same as a missing image on a web page. Does anyone know whats happening - I'm using windows XP Home edition on Internet Explorer 6.

Skunk, please give people a chance - if you have no replies after only a couple of hours then either we haven't seen it or don't know.

I'd just try re-installing it again in IE and then restart the PC.
