shiver

sometimes when i move from a web page to desktop my computer has a little
shiver and all the desktop icons turn to default, then gradually one by one
they return to their proper state. any ideas ?.

Thanks Byte i thaught that it was a ram problem , i have 512mb ram but i
have no more empty slots.
