Shift key woes

Client was doing something on her computer and held the
Shift key down too long and a window came up and asked a
questtion that she didnt' understand but she clicked OK.

Now she cannot type.
HELP please and thanks in advance.
 
She turned on FILTER KEYS.

Accessibility
Keyboard
Filter keys - turn it off
