Shift key turns off caps lock

In Windows XP my shift key turns off the caps lock. ANNOYING! In windows
2000 there was a setting under the keyboard properties in control panel for
this. It is gone in XP. Any suggestions?

Hi!
In XP, this is under "Regional Settings". If the option is greyed out,
you will need to add a keyboard configuration for any other language.
The option will be available then. When it is set to your liking, you
can remove the extra keyboard configuration.
