Shell32 Error

When I right click on an entry in my Programs list, and choose Send to,
I'm getting a shell32.exe error. The only entry in my Send To folder is
"Desktop Create Shortcut". How can I fix this error?

It's actually shell32.dll, not exe. I took out the Create Shortcut item
from Send to, so now the Send To folder is empty. I'm still getting the
error as soon as I click on Send To in the Menu. Also, this doesn't
happen just with the Program list. It's with any folder I right click on.

Please post a complete copy of the error from Event Viewer.

You can access Event Viewer by selecting Start, Control Panel,
Administrative Tools, and Event Viewer. When researching the meaning
of the error, information regarding Event ID, Source and Description
are important.

A tip for posting copies of Error Reports! Run Event Viewer and double
click on the error you want to copy. In the window, which appears is a
button resembling two pages. Click the button and close Event
Viewer.Now start your message (email) and do a paste into the body of
the message. Make sure this is the first paste after exiting from
Event Viewer.
