Sometimes when I start my computer up, there is no taskbar, start menu,
system tray, or desktop icons. The only thing that comes up is the my
documents folder. So then I restart my computer 2 times and then it
works normally. Also, this program called "ShellON" comes up each time I
load my computer up. It asks me to select a system shell. I choose
explorer.exe from C:\WINDOWS\. Any help?
